What are my shipping and delivery options?
- In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm in Plumstead, Cape Town. (Weekends can be arranged)
- Standard shipping option, with Fastway Couriers, who will be managing and responsible for the delivery of your products, at R99 per overall order.
Shipping Fees
Any amount – R99 per order, which will take 2 – 5 business working days. All times and dates given for delivery of poducts are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Returns and Exchanges:
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of products purchased on www.merakilifestylebrand.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Merchandise MUST be unused, unwashed and with original packaging, tags and bag.
- Should you have any issues with your purchased item – damaged; defective etc. Please email us at hello@merakilifestylebrand.com with your order number, details and the issue at hand.
- We are here to give you the best service experience we possibly can should something go Oops!
- We unfortunately cannot accept any returns on sale items.
